(Financing is Available)

We understand that times can be tough, inflation rates go up, annual wages stay the same. If you're thinking about purchasing a new deck or fence and are worried about having excess capital, we offer in house financing, without any credit pulls for a portion of the project. (Materials, Delivery, and 50% of Labor must be used as a downpayment; the remaining 50% of labor can be broken down into monthly installments over a 6, 12, or 24 month period at a 2.5% interest rate). We will do our best to work within your budget.

The Founder (My Father), the late Donald K. Parrish, started our company in 1990 with a passion for building beautiful outdoor spaces. Today, we continue to carry on his legacy by building everything from Decks, Docks, Fences, Gazebos, Pergolas, Roofs, and even offer services for Painting / Staining.

Currently holding the title for "Best Deck Designers" in Northwest, Ohio and humbly accept as we've spent years fine tuning and mastering our craft. We are whole heartedly committed to designing a beautiful outdoor space that you will love and cherish for a lifetime, and we honor it, by offering a limited 1-year warranty from the date of completion.
